Does Security Screen mesh affect the view?

Updated: Jul 20, 2020

One of our most popular questions?

Living on this beautiful coastline, so many of our customers have a view they would like to maintain. Whether it is the ocean, bushland, gardens or rolling hills we completely understand.

One of the main concerns when it comes to security doors is "I don't want it to be too dark" and "will the security door affect my view?"

An up close look at the Amplimesh SupaScreen security mesh can leave customers with doubt. However the mesh has been carefully constructed to have a 156 degree angle of view. This means you can enjoy clear and unobstructed outdoor views.

In our 20+ years of industry experience, the SupaScreen woven mesh compared with a perforated mesh gives greater clarity on the view looking out.

If you are in doubt you can view full sized doors with the SupaScreen woven mesh in the ehi showroom where you can compare woven to perforated.

The below images are SupaScreen Amplimesh Doors installed by ehi with views clearly still intact.
